The Taurus TX22 is a fast shooting, competition ready rim fire pistol that incorporates elements from full-sized center fire pistols. Unlike the majority of semiautomatic .22 LR pistols that are hammer-fired and use limited 10-round capacity magazines, the TX22 is striker-fired and is outfitted with a 16-round magazine similar in size to a conventional 10-round magazine.
