PowerBelt ELR Bullets, available at Freedom Outdoors, are designed for CVA’s PARAMOUNT rifle but provide superior long-range performance in any .50 caliber muzzleloader with a twist rate of 1:24 or faster. With a "super-magnum" charge of 140 grains of Blackhorn propellant, they can achieve muzzle velocities over 2200 fps. The ELR features a hollow point cavity similar to the PowerBelt AeroLite, with a polycarbonate ballistic tip for controlled expansion. Designed for use with magnum or super-magnum charges, they offer optimal performance in rifles like the PARAMOUNT, which handle higher pressure loads. The bullets have a snap-on plastic base for consistent pressure and accuracy, copper-jacketed construction for easy loading and minimal cleanup, and an AeroTip that ensures rapid expansion on impact, similar to a polymer-tipped centerfire rifle bullet.
